Austin learned it in restaurants. Now he brings it home.
Thirteen years in the restaurant industry, the last two as a Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Supervisor: leading a team, running a working kitchen, and holding a standard of consistent, high-quality food from the first ticket to the last.
Ridge & Table Chef takes that standard out of the dining room and into yours.
